MN Recovery Access Project
WEcovery in partnership with Yourpath Health was awarded an OERAC grant through which we have been able to support individuals in and upon release from county jails throughout the state by connecting them to the tools and support necessary to integrate back into our communities.
Recovery Ready Ecosystem Model
In connection with Minnesota Recovery Connection and the Department of Corrections WEcovery and six other RCO's have worked to create an ecosystem of recovery for individuals experiencing the criminal justice system, especially those being released from prison; utilizing Federal COSSUP grant funding.
Forensically Endorsed Peer Support
Many of our Peer Recovery Specialists have lived experience in the criminal justice systems and have received the MN Certification Board's Forensic Endorsement to help provide exceptional services to participants with justice system related challenges.
